The Tax Collector’s Office is responsible for issuing Fire District Tax bills (based on property valuation data provided by the Town of South Kingstown) and collection of tax payments and any associated interest or fines.

Tax Bills are issued annually at the end of October; payments are due by November 30^th each year.

• Pay In-Person

  • In-person payments by check or cash are accepted at the District Office at 35 Bills Road.  If the office is not open, a secure drop-box is located in the District Office entryway and is available 24/7/365.

• Pay By Credit Card Online 

  • Click on the "Pay Now" button below
  • Locate "Kingston Fire District, RI" in the alphabeticat list
  • Locate your account number on your bill  (example:  R-##-####-##) and input in the space provided
  • Locate the "Make Payment" button towards the bottom of the screen
  • Enter payment amount and click "Make Payment"

          Unfortunately, the Kingston Fire District cannot accept credit card payments by phone or in-person.

Please note that there is a minimum charge of $2.00 or 3% of the total bill (whichever is larger) associated with payment by credit card.
